Khuluma Nam (meaning “Talk to Me”) is an emotional Amapiano track that showcases Kelvin Momo’s ability to marry lyrics with production. GL_Ceejay gives a heartfelt performance talking about vulnerability, intimacy and connection. The lyrics are in native language to keep it cultural and make it more emotive.

Musically the production is deliberate and slow build up – gliding keys, melancholic chords and spacey drums. Momo doesn’t overdo it and lets GL_Ceejay’s vocals breathe, creating a nice contrast that makes the emotional impact bigger.

Strategically this solidifies Kelvin Momo as a curator of emotional depth in a genre that’s mostly about the drums. It’s for people who want substance in their dance music and makes Momo a producer and a storyteller.
